Terms of Use

A referral service, not the contractor

Water Damage Restoration Nashville connects property owners in the Nashville area with independent local water damage providers. We are not a restoration contractor, we do not employ the technicians who attend your property, and we do not supervise, direct or guarantee their work.

Your agreement is with the provider

Quotes, scopes of work, schedules, warranties and payment are agreed between you and the provider you hire, under their terms. Before work starts, check the provider's licensing and insurance for yourself, and get the scope and price in writing. If a dispute arises about work performed, it is a matter between you and that provider.

Cost figures on this site

Prices and ranges published on this site are third-party benchmark figures provided for general education. They are not quotes, offers or the prices of any provider, and your own job's price depends on its inspection and scope.

Information, not advice

The guides and checklists on this site are general information about water damage, not professional advice for a specific property. Where safety is involved, follow the guidance of the fire department, your utility and licensed trades first. In an emergency, call 911.
